Vitamin C

The quality of male sperm depends on it, because it influences the removal of defective genes in the semen. It also prevents miscarriages in women. We should supply the body with about 60 mg of this ingredient every day.
Vitamin E
Another antioxidant that contains our body fights not only free radicals but also dangerous lipid peroxides. Also known as tocopherol. Exceptionally effective in protecting our cells together with ascorbic acid and beta-carotene. As far as genital organs are concerned, vitamin E contributes to the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for the contraction of the uterus during mating. Its proper level also facilitates the work of reproductive organs during childbirth. On the other hand, too little tocopherol reduces the production of gonadotropic hormones, which may result in miscarriage.
